I stayed in this hotel for one night and unfortunately there were bed bugs. There are more than 10 bed bug bites on my body. The next morning when I handed over my room card, I told the reception about bed bugs and they only expressed regret and that was it.

Posizione 10, al centro di Madrid (Puerta del Sol) Servizio 2. Siamo arrivati alle 16 in albergo, abbiamo lasciato le valigie e siamo usciti. Siamo tornati prima di cena, per rinfrescarci e prepararci per la serata, ma la doccia non funzionava. Abbiamo chiamato la reception e una ragazza, poco professionale, è venuta a controllare la doccia. Io dico non lo sapevano prima? Ci propone di fare la doccia in un’altra stanza. Noi chiediamo di cambiare stanza. Ci da le chiavi di una altra stanza senza accompagnarci. Abbiamo dovuto spostare tutto da soli. Arriviamo nella nuova stanza ma non funziona l’acqua calda. Sempre la stessa ragazza ci dice che ha chiamato il tecnico, ma dobbiamo uscire senza fare la doccia. Quindi dalla mattina alla sera senza doccia. Ci arrabbiamo e la signorina ci rimane male e da quel momento non ci apre più la porta esterna dell’hotel.
Gli arredi sono datati, le poltrone dell’ingresso e dei corridoi vecchie e sporche. Discreta la colazione è la pulizia delle stanze.
Per il disservizio della camera e della mancanza di acqua, ci hanno fatto uno sconto di 35 euro. Ridicolo.
