Fuimos a comer y desde luego la experiencia fue de 10. Repetiríamos sin duda. La calidad de la comida, espectacular. El trato, exquisito. Todos los detalles cuidados al milímetro. Da gusto ir a sitios con tan buen trato y calidad en materia prima. Recomendadísimo.

Hemos cenado en Flor y Nata, dentro del hotel Villamagna y nos ha atendido la Srta. Montaña. Una gran profesional que nos ha brindado con una atención exquisita, una sonrisa en todo momento y con mucha paciencia. Nos ha aconsejado sobre los platos y nos ha facilitado todo lo que hemos necesitado en todo momento. Si vienen pregunten por ella, es fantástica. Volveremos y pediremos sitio con ella.

We have a very wonderful experience . We stay for 3 nigths and spend christmass . Too bad i didnt took a photo of my bed , but Everything is wonderful and perpect . From The room to the staff is impeccable. Food is great specially the breakfast but will be great if the staff there will more smile. but one thing far most is the service from concierge to housekeeping, room service. Thank you so much i would deffinitely will come back again.

El "prestigio" que presumen es acompañado por la indecencia .
Un lugar tan elegante como frío, resulta que te cobren tanto esa amabilidad forzada.
He entrado a tomar un café con leche , porque no había abierto nada alrededor a las 08:45 un sábado y me he dicho a mí mismo, me van a clavar !
Pero la realidad ha superado de una manera insultante.
13,00 € un café con leche !!!

Gracias por responder a ésta reseña, pero el precio no cambia porque lo informen , que por cierto , no vi dicha información; pude preguntar, estuve a punto de preguntar lo que costaría el café con leche . Me esperaba precio alto por el lugar , pero jamás esa cantidad .
Insisto, no se trata de que no se pueda pagar o no haya quien no lo pueda pagar. En mi opinión el precio es insultante e indecente por un café con leche.

Comí con mi hijo en el restaurante y todo perfecto, la cena fue un desastre, tiempos de espera inaceptables.
No regresaría aunque la calidad de la comida y la botella está a la altura del local existen otras alternativas ➕ acogedoras y económicas.

Hotel progettato e ristrutturato da poco, con grande gusto. Personale garbato, professionale e accogliente. La camera molto comoda, pulita e con tutte le comodità. Location perfetta, a due passi da Salamanca e poco di più dal
Centro. Ristoranti e pasticceria eccellenti. Ci torneremo presto

I was at the bar the other day everything was great then a customer completely lost it at a member of staff for absolutely no reason. The staff member ( I think her name was Laura ) was so professional and polite to us and seemingly to this other guy also. He subsequently decided to completely scream profanities in her face in front of everyone. We all felt so sorry for that staff member. Pretty sure she cried after he left. Pretty shocked that the hotel let that kind of behaviour happen in their establishment. I hope that lady is ok and the hotel never lets that guy in again. Dreadful behaviour. Well done to that staff member Laura for being so professional during the whole event. She deserves a payrise !!!

Outstanding hotel in every category. Rooms, bed, great shower, AC, excellent service, both restaurants fantastic, bar/lobby so comfortable. Perfect location, im a well seasoned traveler and I wish there were more Rosewoods.

The best hotel in Madrid !
I stayed in la Villa Magna last week with my mum and we really enjoyed our stay.
The hotel is sumptuous, the room was so comfortable and the food is exquisite.
The staff is very kind and helpful and makes our stay amazing.
A special thanks to David for the warm welcome and to Matthias for his help during our stay.
I will come back for sure, thanks for everything !

Stayed here for 1 week. The rooms are done to a high standard but can be a bit small. Removing a star because the service lacked at times eg when I specified the room to be cleaned at certain times, the cleaner was late or did not come at all. Room service quality also varied - sometime the food was great, other times it was terrible.
