Hotel muy confortable y con un servicio que superó mis expectativas. Soy celíaca y encontré en todo momento opciones disponibles. A destacar la atención de Mario. Lo recomendaré sin duda a mi entorno.

Hotel sem vaga de estacionamento no local. Necessário parar em parking público e andar 10 minutos. Habitações muito simples, sem shampoo e condicionador. Mesmo sendo membro Accor, não existe possibilidade de late check out pq camareiras saem antes das 13. Sugiro escolher um dos outros milhares de hotéis de Madrid. Parece hotel 2 - 3 estrelas.
