La atención es excelente. La ubicación tambien, muy próximo a Sol, al metro (estación Sevilla), a la gran vía y lugares cómodos para moverse en transporte público o hasta automóvil, aún en un sitio tan transitado.
La zona rodeada de edificios hermosos, teatros, monumentos importantes: hay que caminar mirando hacia arriba, para no perderse nada.
En las inmediaciones hay algunos lugares para tomar algo o salir a comer a precios razonables.
Las habitaciones bien equipadas, limpias, modernas y con grandes ventanales con lindas vistas.
