The Plaza Mayor has long been in our favourite addresses, due to its location (just steps from Plaza Mayor, on the beautiful square Santa Cruz) and its family character. Modern and clean, he preserved his authenticity of ancient cerveceria. All 34 rooms are equipped with a warm welcome. If you have the means, follow the Del suite which occupies the attic on the 6 th floor and has a terrace where the deck chairs offer a unique view of the capital.

The room and service were very nice. They upgraded me to a king bed and the room had two small balconies and a third window, which was very nice. The room was clean and painted in soothing colors, equipped with a mini fridge and a lovely bathroom. The hotel is central and has easy access to the metro and cabs.
