Known as the former Bauzá Hotel, this establishment has preserved the very design character of the premises. Library lounge with fireplace, fitness rooms and sauna invite you to relax and feel good. The restaurant's terrace, on the hotel's roof, offers a splendid view of the Salamanca district. Finally, the 177 rooms are equipped with hi-fi systems, flat screen television, some with bathtubs and terraces and are really very nicely decorated. A reference hotel in this chic district, just 10 minutes from the Retiro.

Bacalau al pil pil is out of this world. If you go for fish, San Salvador Godello white wine is a superb pairing. Even the small complimentary desert at the end was extremely tasty. Nothing short of 5 stars.
