HOTEL EMPERADOR * * * *
A historic establishment in the capital with an old-fashioned charm and which opens its large swimming pool on sunny days. A unique spot.
A reference in the luxury hotel industry in Madrid and a historic hotel in the Spanish capital. With a somewhat old-fashioned charm, this hotel combines elegance, comfort and modernity in its 232 rooms and suites. Very well located on Gran Vía, between the great theaters of the capital, the Emperador has many assets. In addition to its excellent service, the highlight of the hotel is its rooftop: a view of all of Madrid and... the large and beautiful swimming pool in summer (open from early May to mid-October). An almost unique spot in Madrid!

CLIENTE. EL CLIENTE SE SIENTE TAN BIEN ATENDIDO, QUE VUELVE AL HOTEL EMPERADOR. ES UN GRAN VALOR PARA EL HOTEL EMPERADOR, TENER A AURORA EN RECEPCIÓN.
PERSONAS COMO ELLA, HACEN GRANDE AL HOTEL EMPERADOR.
Noisy through the day as work was being carried out on the floor above but when we called reception they did tone it down
We chose this hotel because of location and 24 hour check in as we were arriving at 3am
There was no room available for us on arrival
We had to wait in the hotel foyer until 11am
There was no facility for us to even get a cup of coffee - the staff informing us we would have to wait until 7am or a 24 hour convenience store a short walk away which only had soft drink and chips, chocolate etc
What 5 star hotel sends their guests to a convenience store in the middle of the night
If they offer 24 hour check in they could at least have an area set aside for tea and coffee for quests arriving outside of their restaurant hours
Otherwise a pleasant stay and so close to everything
Would highly recommend Oskars cafe a short walk away for breakfast lunch or
Dinner. It was very well priced ( fed 2 of us for less than 1 meal at the hotel) Food and Staff at Oskars exceptional
