Eight rooms on 1,400 m² to discover the library through history, books and exhibitions. Cervantes and Don Quixote are particularly honoured. On the facade of the national library, a sculpture by Agustín Querol represents the triumph of literature, science and art. This is the first construction in Madrid where iron is used extensively. Exhibitions and literary workshops are also for children.

Bon l'entrée est gratuite et il n'y a pas beaucoup de touristes pour visiter cet endroit et c'est dommage, le musée est dans les sous sol du bâtiment et est relativement technique il faut le savoir, le plus intéressant pour nous touriste est de visiter la grande salle de lecture et ça sera uniquement sur réservation et une fois par jour (aux alentours de 12h00).
