Museum with a collection related to the archaeology and history of Madrid from its origins to the creation of the Court

Located in the house of the Counts of Paredes, a superb Baroque building where, according to tradition, San Isidro lived, this original museum is known by its former name of "San Isidro". It houses a collection dedicated to the archaeology and history of Madrid from its origins to the creation of the Court. You can admire nearly 60,000 pieces to know everything about the Spanish city. Just next door, you can visit the church of San Andrés.
