SOROLLA MUSEUM
Museum with a collection of Sorolla's works, sculptures, ceramics and old photographs of the painter
The house was built in 1911, and preserves the original furniture of the impressionist painter Joaquín Sorolla y Bastida (1863-1923). While there is obviously the richest collection of the artist's works, a very interesting selection that permeates visitors with the light of his native Valencia, we can also see Sorolla's collections of sculptures, ceramics and old photographs. It should be noted that he also designed the Andalusian-style garden that surrounds the house and is a true haven of peace. Nice visit in perspective.
