Museum in an old palace transformed by the Marquis of Cerralbo to gather his collections of paintings and artworks

More than just a museum, this building is in fact a late 19th century palace, which the Marquis de Cerralbo transformed to house his superb collections of paintings, objects and various works of art. Throughout the 32 rooms, from the garden to the ballroom, from the bedroom to the billiard room, from the magnificent library to the weapons room, this is one of the most interesting private art collections managed by the state. Sculptures, paintings, decorative arts, coin and armour collections... make it a place not to be missed.

An amazing museum by the quality of its collections and the richness of its decoration! This museum is worth a visit. Do not hesitate to come to see the Egyptian temple not far away and stroll about it in the park.
An interesting bonus: the free payment is required for the teachers.
