House of the Cows in Madrid with numerous exhibitions that attract a large audience
Originally, in 1874, the building was used as a stable and a place to sell milk, hence its name (Casa de Vacas, it is the "Cows' House"). In Retiro Park, Casa de Vacas, after a fire at the beginning of the 20th century, has a more contemporary and less impressive style than the other two buildings, the Palacio de Cristal and the Palacio Velázquez. Nevertheless, it hosts many exhibitions that attract a wide audience. Photography, cinema, ceramics, theatrical performances, concerts, there is something for everyone!
