Open since.... 1902, this cellar has been run by the Cabello family for several decades and is a Madrid institution. And the wine merchants will advise you (with a smile on your face!) every time and offer you a good bottle found in the 120 m2 cellar under the shop. It is better, because with more than 900 labels of Spanish wines and spirits, there would be enough to spend a long time there! Of course, there is something for every budget, with prices ranging from less than 3 euros per bottle to.... 900 euros!
