Scandalous! After reserved 3 weeks in advance, Sir, I am suppose 8:00 called a day of my reservation to get information that finally it could not rent me room! a pretexting recouche! it offers other numbers hotel me! I explain him that is to make procedures to book me a room at the same price and in the same area! It is only after the intervention of reservation (that I called the rescue) that this monsieur reserved another room me! What a lack of professionalism, no commercial gesture following the incident (offers breakfast would have been least thing!) Apparently for 25 years than this monsieur makes this trade, as what everything is possible in the best in the worst! So if you want to be sure to have your room do not reserve for Maygal!!!!
