LA VACA NEGRA
A little piece of Argentina in Portuguese territory: the Vaca Negra (black cow) is the temple of predators, the address of those who revel, just thinking about it, in pieces of meat cooked over a wood fire, disproportionate, tender and juicy, to be sprinkled with chimichurri (a traditional Argentine sauce). Here the service is without fuss, but always attentive, the atmosphere is good-natured (we like to carve a bib with our neighbours at the table!), as for the bosses, Marco Pereira and his Argentinean wife Adrea Paveska, they reserve you a nice welcome.
