CASAL DA PENHA
This traditional restaurant is located in an alleyway that goes down to the ocean. There are 3 terraces to choose from. Sit on the upper one which overlooks the lovely little church. Delicious bolo do caco and white sangria to start. Beware: hearty dishes. The homemade brochettes are delicious, as is the beef cooked on stone in front of the guests or the spaghetti with seafood. The restaurant is always crowded and the service is fast. The hardest thing is to get the waiters' attention in the middle of the regular customers. Remember to make reservations or come early or late
