LÁ AO FUNDO
In a small square, Jaime Cruz (a real character!), a former sommelier turned master chef, pulls out all the stops. A perfectly mastered fusion of Portuguese diaspora recipes, a one-way trip between Mozambique and India, two countries in the chef's DNA. An appetizer is offered to guests (on this evening, Tom Yam soup with red tuna). Do you like a show? Take the tuna tartare prepared in front of you. A killer. Meat lovers will be delighted to learn that the hot stone-grilled meat has its own small regular clientele.
