The Madeira Organ Festival takes place over ten days at the end of October and features several concerts in churches and convents throughout the archipelago (specifically in Funchal, Machico, Ponta do Sol and Porto Santo). These emblematic liturgical spaces give a unique dimension to the recitals performed by Portuguese and international artists. In Funchal, concerts take place in the Cathedral, the Church of Colégio or the Church of São Pedro.
