Nach einer kurzen Diskussion mit einem Mitarbeiter, waren diese nur bereit uns einen Bruchteil der 130€ zurückzuzahlen. Der Mitarbeiter blieb freundlich, was ich ihm hoch anrechne. Er ist anscheinend nur ein Sprachrohr des Managers. Dennoch gibt es von mir nur einen Stern, weil uns versprochen wurde, das der Akku des E-Bikes für mindestens 100km ausreicht. Nach circa 15km war der Akku leer. Somit war unser Tagesausflug ruiniert und unsere Reisebörse leichter.
