Everything is prepared daily, the fruits used are local and seasonal: strawberry mille-feuilles, passion fruit cheesecake, papaya or mango, apple pie with a fine dough and rich in pieces, strawberry, chocolate cake, local queijada cheesecake, nata pastel custard puff pastry, sugar cane honey fritters and other pastries to be eaten without moderation.
