Elegant, classic dining in a former hunting lodge converted into a charming hotel (classified Relais & Châteaux) with spa. Rather formal in style, this is one of the island's finest à la carte kitchens. Every dish is transformed into culinary poetry. On the menu: beef tartare, marinated and grilled squid, pork belly cooked at low temperature, passion fruit crème brûlée. Slightly off-center (take a cab).
