From Faial or Poiso, we recommend a stop at this small bar-restaurant on the roadside. In a rustic décor without frills, this establishment offers simple and well-made traditional dishes (trout is of course on the menu, and is highly recommended!). Fresh food and abundant proportions. And a small semi-outdoor terrace that is very much appreciated to make the most of the fresh air. Warm local atmosphere where locals and passing visitors mingle. Parking just in front.

Très bonne truite, la soupe était un peu grasse mais dans l'ensemble bon et agréable ! Cadre qui change de la côte !
