Central hotel in Serra d'Agua, with comfortable, well-equipped and spacious rooms and friendly service.
This slightly out-of-the-way hotel enjoys an ideal central location, at the start of numerous hikes and equidistant from both ends of the island. The rooms are simple but comfortable guesthouse-style, spacious with lovely views of Madeira's peaks. Some have balconies. The staff are very accommodating. For dinner, there's a decent buffet to tide tired hikers over. A good base camp for nature lovers!

Un excellent établissement que nous recommandons. De l'hôtel, il est possible de partir à pieds vers plusieurs belles randonnées. Les chambres sont bien aménagées et la nôtre disposait d'un balcon avec une superbe vue. Le restaurant est grand, le buffet bien garni. Possibilité de boire un verre en terrasse.
