The Saint John's Day celebrations take place every year in Porto Santo. On the program: bonfires, music and popular parades.

The Fiestas de San Juan are one of the most lively festivities on the island of Porto Santo. You can attend the traditional popular processions where each group presents a theme (usually related to local traditions). A beautiful parade of colours and costumes in which young and old take part. Various activities are offered in parallel: concerts, sports tournaments (golf, tennis), gastronomic stands, tasting of poncha and grilled sardines... The evening ends with an impressive fireworks display.
