Just a stone's throw from the Trevi Fountain, this touristy restaurant stands out from its neighbors thanks to its fast, friendly service and pleasant terrace in the heart of the pedestrian district. But what really sets it apart is its menu of Tuscan specialties, a welcome change from the usual Roman fare. Oven-roasted tomino cheese with croutons and fig jam, or bean purée with sautéed chicory, can precede hunter rabbit, grilled lamb or suckling pig Firenze-style, washed down with a good Chianti of course.
