The cuisine here is popular, generous and tasty, in the art of the recipes of yesteryear. House specialties include the classic bucatini all'amatriciana (pasta with a tomato-based sauce, dried pork cheek and pecorino), as well as a wide selection of Roman-style fried dishes. In keeping with tradition, the menu will feature quinto quarto (offal) on Wednesday, gnocchi on Thursday, cod on Friday and tripe on Saturday.
