Thank God it is Friday, that is the name of this restaurant which is located in front of the very characteristic Piazza degli Zingari. The address enjoys a certain reputation in the Monti district, mainly for its very tasty light dough pizzas. They are cooked properly in a traditional wood-burning oven and garnished with fresh ingredients.
