Here we are in a true Roman trattoria, with no fuss, just the way we like it. You can eat a lot, well and cheaply in a family atmosphere. Me ne avevano parlato in tanti e ho provato ad andare un paio di volte, ma era sempre al completo. Ho finalmente trovato posto, ma sono rimasto un po' deluso. Il menu è come piace a me, cucina tradizionale con ampio spazio per il quinto quarto, servizio spiccio che può anche andare. Però sia la coratella con carciofi che la scarola erano un po' mollicce, più bollite che tirate in padella, sembravano riscaldate frettolosamente (microonde?), non molto incisive. Molto buoni invece gli spaghetti cicoria e pecorino, quelli sì intensi e centrati. Insomma, discreto, ma non proprio quel mito che mi aspettavo. Prezzi onesti.

Quite typical Roman restaurant. It offers exactly what you want if you're looking for Roman cuisine, from Cacio e Pepe to Abbacchio. I would recommend their "Primi" rather than their "Secondi". I enjoyed my Gricia a lot, less so my Abbacchio.
