On the pretty Place Sainte-Cécile, an intoxicating smell persists. It is Roma Sparita's kitchens that are scenting the surroundings. A beautiful terrace, some indoor tables and a good Roman tradition make this restaurant famous among the locals. If you want to taste the classics like coda alla vaccinara, a romaine beef tail bathed in a tasty tomato sauce or tagliolini cacio e pepe, you must reserve. This pasta is served here in a pecorino shell, a treat! Remember to make a reservation.

Prosciutto and mozzarella was very tasty. If it weren’t for the steak I’d rate it as mediocre.
