This restaurant in Testaccio has been adopted by Carlo Petrini, founder of Slow Food (an awareness movement against junk food). Indeed, he would have described it as his favorite restaurant in Rome. Since then, the place has become legendary among gastronomes who come here to look for traditional cuisine made with simple and fresh local products. Un peu hors du centre de Rome, il n'y a pas ce flux continu de touristes. C'est tellement agréable de prendre son temps sur une magnifique terrasse!
