A different address from other tourist establishments in the centre of Rome. Located in a chic, more residential but still very central area, this restaurant offers a cuisine based on fresh local produce and seafood. The chef wisely uses the changing seasons to regularly update the menus, while maintaining the know-how of Roman tradition. For example, you can try a gricia rossa, pasta with guanciale and red onion. In the summer, it is very pleasant to dine on the terrace.

Hotel de 3 estrellas, que no debería tener ni una. Habitaciones antiguas, moqueta sucia, paredes con restos negros de humo en la salida del aire. Grifo de la ducha roto. Tapa del WC rota. Desayuno escaso y de mala calidad. Tasa excesiva. Nada recomendable.
