50 m from the Trevi Fountain, an unusual address. As in a covered market, a main entrance leads to an open space divided into several rooms with different, harmonious decor and impeccable comfort. Seven laboratories, each with its own speciality: fresh pasta, charcuterie and cheeses, bakery, salads, sushi, cuisine à vue with the chef and his brigade, pizzeria and cocktails... always with the excellence of artisanal products. Bij het aanspreken van de ober kregen we als reactie dat dit de manier van bereiden was in deze zaak, “Napotaliaans”.
Wisselgeld (€26) werd aanzien als fooi en werd in eerste instantie niet teruggebracht, toen we er naar vroegen kregen we een excuus dat het personeel “erg moe was na de paasvakantie”
Als je zelfs in Italië geen degelijke pizza kan serveren is het zeer triest gesteld. De gemiddelde kebabzaak in België heeft betere pizza’s.
