A great Roman restaurant, bio ristorante to boot, with a Michelin star. One of the best in Rome, with a very attentive staff. The cuisine marries tasty local produce grown by small-scale producers with the chef's personal and relevant additions: sea bass ravioli, almond milk, saffron, clams, broccoli and mousseux, scallops and other delights: a feast for the eyes and taste buds! Also excellent desserts in classic variations (the famous tiramisù) or more daring ones (goat robiola ice cream).

Michelin-star restaurant, which offers 3 different courses. You can pick what you want to remove and keep for your course. I really loved the food and wine pair course. The atmosphere was nice and calm, which gave us comfort through our dinner. The service was excellent.

This Michelin starred restaurant was quite fantastic. The location is a bit strange but inside it was very pleasant. From arrival we were greeted with a range of staff and during the meal the chef visited us to discuss the menu, which was excellent. We chose the 7 course tasting menu and were not disappointed. The dining offered quirky ideas which were very entertaining eg the paint palette bread and butters. The wine pairing was well matched. Not a cheap meal but a memorable experience.
