La pasta era una metà scotta e l'altra durissima, quasi cruda.
La amatriciana sembrava più una pasta al sugo perché di guanciale non ne ho vista l'ombra, mentre la carbonara era così salata che non siamo riusciti a finirla.
Peccato per il cibo perché il personale era gentile e l'ambiente accogliente.
