Long wait to be attended to, although there were no other people in the restaurant. Caprese was with the greenest ,least delicious tomatoes - probably the worst Caprese I have had. The Carbonara was nice though l, perhaps a bit too salty and a bit too dry guanciale. The Tiramisu was also ok, although it was not with Mascarpone and lacked the strong taste of the cream

Antipasti: tutti i fritti sono senza glutine. Carciofo alla Giudia magnifico!
Primo: puoi richiedere tutto e lo modificano senza glutine. Gricia davvero ben fatta, cremosa e sostanziosa!
Non ho provato secondi o pizza perchè avevo già mangiato tanto ma si dice che la pizza sia magnifica.

Il locale è’ bello è situato in pieno centro, i camerieri sono gentili e cortesi, disponibili ad ogni esigenza o richiesta, il cibo però non ci ha lasciati assolutamente soddisfatti, gli antipasti sono stati nella norma, ma l’agnello scottadito era duro e molto grasso, non riuscivo quasi a tagliarlo e il pollo alla romana era un pollo lesso totalmente insapore.
