Sacred best restaurant in Rome by the Michelin guide, to choose if you are looking for a luxurious cuisine in a splendid setting.
Dedicated to the best restaurant in Rome by the Michelin Guide, which awards three stars to the German chef Heinz Beck, the Pergola is a sure bet for all gourmets. Here you will taste a luxurious Mediterranean-inspired cuisine with a touch of exoticism, in an unparalleled location. Perched on the 7th floor of the Cavalieri Hotel, on Monte Mario, you will overlook Saint Peter's Basilica. Also note the know-how of the sommelier who will be able to advise you among the many great wines on offer on the menu.

We had the 10-course prix fixe and frankly, I cannot point out a flaw on the menu. My highlight would be their incredible tortelli filled with liquid carbonara, reminding me of Asian soup dumplings. These melt in your mouth like nothing I've ever tried.
Stellar!
