After our visit to the Vatican Museum, we made a quick stop at this restaurant to recharge our batteries. The greeting from the kitchen was a real highlight. Among other things, it involved specially seasoned pork that was cooked for 16 hours and tasted simply sensational.
The main course consisted of Salt Cod Ravioli and Parmigiano with 12 year old vinegar. The quality of the ingredients was obviously high and the preparation was first class. The Parmigiano with the 12 year old vinegar offered an interesting flavor combination.
The staff was extremely attentive and tried to make our stay a pleasant one.

Nach unserem Besuch im Vatikanischen Museum machten wir einen kurzen Zwischenstopp in diesem Restaurant, um neue Energie zu tanken. Der Gruß aus der Küche war ein echter Höhepunkt. Es handelte sich unter anderem um ein 16 Stunden lang gekochtes und speziell gewürztes Schweinefleisch, das schlichtweg sensationell schmeckte.
Der Hauptgang bestand aus Salt Cod Ravioli und Parmigiano mit 12 Jahre altem Vinegar. Die Qualität der Zutaten war offensichtlich hochwertig, und die Zubereitung war erstklassig. Der Parmigiano mit dem 12 Jahre alten Vinegar bot eine interessante Geschmackskombination.
Das Personal war äußerst aufmerksam und bemüht, uns einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu bereiten.
