Quartiere della tradizione del quinto quarto a ricordo del macello pubblico. Da Angelina si mangia trippa e coratella. Vera cucina a base di frattaglie.

Gorgeous restaurant and very tasty food. Service was lax (never the same server) but great experience overall. Would love more vegetarian options on the menu - the Cacio e Pepe is delicious but after 2 servings elsewhere already it becomes repetitive
