This address, which recently opened, nevertheless offers the experience of a traditional Roman trattoria. The menu gathers a traditional selection of traditional Roman pasta dishes, as pajata (lamb intestines in tomato sauce) and cacio e pepe (cheese and pepper), and main dishes at very reasonable prices. Among the specialties of the house to taste are the trofies n/do (pasta), bar and puntarelle (typical green vegetables). The atmosphere in this place with high ceilings is nice, even in a little disorganized, with a friendly service.
