Former Da Alfredo al Campidoglio, this restaurant is located right at the foot of the Roche Dissembling. Already very well known during the 1950 s, it is the point of collapse of the entire population of the 7 th Roman art. La location vale il pranzo, un ristorante immerso nella storia di Roma, immagino il turista medio che mangia un bel piatto di pasta a 300 metri dal Circo Massimo !!! Ho provato la carbonara, che oltre alla versione tradizionale viene proposta in diverse varianti: carciofi e guanciale, tartufo bianco e guanciale o tartufo nero senza guanciale. Ho mangiato bene non c'è che dire, ma non è la miglior carbonara di Roma. Servizio impeccabile, la cameriera inoltre parlava molto bene in inglese e ci ha saputo accontentare nelle varie richieste. Ci ritornerei.

Tardaron 1.15h en servirnos pasta, y nos sirvieron a destiempo a los cinco comensales. Uno de los platos llegó frío y otro excesivamente duro (el último en servir, los demás al dente). Sabores mediocres para el precio.
Nos descontaron 15€ por la tardanza y se disculparon. Lo cual nos pareció honrado.
Aún así no tiene nada que ver con las expectativas que ofrece el restaurante.
