프랑스 요리가 어떤지 모르지만 이곳에서 제공되는 모든 요리는 너무 맛있었습니다.
특히 한국 사람 입맛에 맞는 간의 세기와 재료들이 가지고 있는 맛을 살리는 조리법이 훌륭했습니다.
남미, 미국, 독일, 이탈리아 어느 곳에서 먹어본 서양요리도 이곳의 맛을 따라잡지 못했습니다.
무엇보다 식사를 마치고 수녀님들과 함께 기도하고 나오며 느끼는 감동은 덤으로 주어진 축복입니다.
