Anthony Genovese was born and practiced in France and in many Asian countries before arriving in Rome. Francesco di Lorenzo, his second in command, has proven himself in Italy and Austria. This Relais & Châteaux restaurant, which has two stars in the famous Michelin guide, offers a fusion cuisine of the highest quality, with supreme aesthetics and refinement, whose compositions include flower petals or rare aromatic leaves. You can discover the tasting menu upon reservation, for an exceptional culinary journey.

We never had an experience like this one from a Michelin Star restaurant, and 2 stars which is very confusing.
But the most important component was the food and it was just bad!
No theme or logic, it’s almost like the chef just threw flavors together without tasting them.
Dishes were either sour for now reason or too sweet for items that shouldn’t be.
Just awful and can’t believe it has 2 stars from Michelin.
Sorry, like to give good reviews but it’s a total waste of time and money here!
We had the circus 10 course tasting menu - my absolute favorite was the tortellini with duck inside. But everything they brought on the tasting menu was exceptional.
The service is so top notch and the experience is so worth the price. You will leave both satisfied and happy! So many interesting techniques used and flavor combinations introduced. The reimagining of cacao e Pepe was wild.
