Finding a good, inexpensive restaurant in the Vatican area is a challenge... which you'll take up here, within the walls of this former carpenter's workshop. This charming restaurant plays on its industrial decor to seduce its customers. Tearoom, pastry shop, cafeteria, wine bar, exhibition space and boutique, Fabrica is a multi-faceted establishment, where you can enjoy quiches, focaccia, moussaka and other savory tarts, as well as tasty pastries, to accompany one of the many teas on offer: the ideal place for a snack!

the older man at the bar is the most unfriendly person i’ve ever met in a restaurant. i’m sure the place is nice, but maybe more if he wasn’t there.
he’s rude to the guests! he makes you clearly feel that if you’re willing to pay a lot of cash he’ll be nice but if that’s not the case hes rude af. unbelievable! he ruined us the whole day!
