Located on a street slightly away from the rest of the Testaccio, not far from the Tiber River, this restaurant has a pleasant terrace and serves a great meal to a clientele of used guests. Quite unique of its kind in the area, La Torricella serves mainly fish and seafood dishes and not the dishes of Abats abats. So share a plate of fried anchovy while waiting for your linguine al ragù di mare. Another positive point: The restaurant is open on Sunday, rarity in the corner.

7/12/2009 Waiter speak French, brisk service, prices very decent. Copious, homemade dishes. Difficult to find but it is worth it.
