Wine lovers and connoisseurs are here in the right place. The Simposio is one of the best cellars in Rome. In order not to drink empty belly, you are served wonderful cheese trays and hot dishes. A winner in 2002 by the Italian Touring Club, this restaurant in Liberty decorated a cuisine rich in fantasy (like potato cake and flowers of zucchini), while combining local recipes.

Siamo rimasti scioccati da questo locale.La prima cosa la pulizia,la seconda cosa il locale molto serio,le cose che vuoi mangiare sono veramente genuine,i vini lasciano una dolcezza nella bocca.

Ristorante posizionato sulla piazza Cavour con grande sala interna e tavoli esterni al coperto. Cibo buono con primi piatti e dolci ottimi. Personale gentile e servizio rapido

Nonostante la grande varietà di vini non era possibile parlare con nessun addetto, e alla cassa mi hanno fatto pagare ma lo scontrino del Pos non usciva e lo scontrino fiscale si era perso...forse sotto Natale l'organizzazione va rivista.
