The famous address for delicious, typically Roman, breaded and fried cod fillets. Wrapped in a paper napkin to take away with you, or eaten at the table in the small piazza, accompanied by a variety of appetizers, filetti di baccalà has won over more than a few diners. The line-up on Saturday evenings is a bit of a deterrent, but once you've had your fill, it's well worth it. Otherwise, go during the week, it's much quieter.
