Gariglio是一對表親，1850年時在薩沃伊皇室家族的指定下，於杜靈（Turin）創立了一家巧克力工廠，不久後，因為義大利統一的緣故，該巧克力工廠搬到了羅馬。這間技術傳承數代的巧克力店，所有的巧克力都以手工生產，此外就連配方也都是打從19世紀開始沿用至今，除了巧克力之外，每天該糖果店還會生產80種左右各種口味的糖果，深受當地人與遊客的喜愛。
