If you ask a Roman where to eat good sushi, he will probably take you to Oishi, not far from the Gazometro! This sleekly decorated restaurant offers a wide selection of tataki, uramaki or sashimi, always fresh and as much as you want! The order is placed from a tablet and sent directly to the kitchen before the waiter brings it. The portions are small to allow you to sample the various offerings on the extensive menu. However, the digital order brings a certain coldness to the service.
