Ristorante davvero di livello,se andate il venerdì sera che c’è il piano bar di Giorgio Marconi passate una serata da 10!!

Il ristorante offre un'esperienza gastronomica di alta qualità, evidente dal suo status di guida Michelin. L'ambiente suggestivo, caratterizzato da sedie e tavoli particolari in una penombra accogliente, crea un'atmosfera raffinata. Il servizio impeccabile, arricchito dalla musica dal vivo, contribuisce all'eccezionalità del luogo. I piatti gourmet, seppur con prezzi elevati, sono risultati davvero deliziosi. Personalmente, il foie gras con melone e pan brioche è stato un accostamento straordinario. Le linguine con tartare di capesante, lime e senape sono una prelibatezza. La scoperta di una bottiglia del 2015 di Ribolla Gialla della cantina Gravner, pur con un costo elevato, ha arricchito ulteriormente l'esperienza. La posizione centrale in una piazzetta di Roma, con sedute all'esterno per fumare e chiacchierare, aggiunge un tocco di comodità e charme. In definitiva, una serata di gusto e raffinatezza che vale la pena sperimentare.

One of the best experiences I had in my latest trip to Rome, exquisite food, intimate atmosphere, a friendly staff, and a very reasonable price, I had the ala carte menu, the Lobster was delicate and exquisite, the ravioli was refreshing and bursting with flavor, accompanied by a a sweet mocktail prepared by their fine mixologist, finishing off with the best millefuile I ever tasted in my life, my only regret is that I didn’t come back for a second visit before I left .. thank you

Fantastic ambiance and great food! We had the lobster to start and both the cod and the seabass as our mains with their signature salad. Fantastic flavours, creative, fresh and overall fantastic quality. 4.5/5!!!!!
