In just a few years, this restaurant has conquered the hearts of Romans with its traditional cuisine brought up to date. Its name, Jole, is no coincidence: it's the first name of the grandmother of Luca, the owner. Here, the cuisine of the nonna (grandmother) is celebrated, and the deliciously vintage decor seems to have been chosen by her. On the menu, you must try the ravioli alla coda alla vaccinara, ravioli stuffed with cow's tail, typical of Roman cuisine. For dessert, the crostatina con crema e frutta secca is exquisite!
